This Privacy Policy explains what data StarDefenders.io collects and how it is used. StarDefenders.io is a community infrastructure and server-monitoring site for the open-source game Star Defenders 2D.
Information We Collect
Analytics data: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location by IP region, device/browser type, and time on page). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information.
Advertising data: This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can learn more or opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
Server connection data: When you use the Server Selector to view or connect to a community game server, your browser communicates directly with that server's host. StarDefenders.io itself only stores aggregate, non-personal server status data (player counts, ping, uptime) retrieved from the public monitoring API — it does not log individual visitor identities.
We do not currently offer user accounts or logins, so no account or profile data is collected.

This site loads content and scripts from the following third parties, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• GitHub (for public pull request/update data)
• Community-operated game servers linked from the Server Selector page
Your Choices
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality such as ad display, but core server-status features will continue to work.
